SAPV stands for Specialized Outpatient Palliative Care. The members of our SAPV team in Troisdorf (Palliative Care Team) consist of nursing staff and several doctors. We care for seriously ill people at home, enabling them to live in their familiar and accustomed surroundings. Providing our patients with the best possible medical and nursing care is our top priority. We can often avoid potential crisis situations that would lead to unwanted hospital admissions with our services. Our palliative care team is part of the GFO network.
